About the Project
The mission of Little Rock Technology Park Authority (“LRTPA”) is to provide a stimulating environment, including facilities, counseling, programming and financing advice, to accelerate the location of technology-based ventures and formation of new ventures. Its goal is to provide quality job opportunities and economic development in Central Arkansas.

The Little Rock Technology Park’s charge is to create an innovation center enabling new forms of enterprise, collaboration, knowledge-sharing and commercialization of ideas within and between Arkansas’ entrepreneur, private, government and academic sectors.

The LR Tech Park is centered in a revitalized downtown Little Rock. Fantastic restaurants, condos and hotels are well within walking distance with ample tenant parking on site.

The LR Tech Park features various individual office suites with varying configurations to accommodate tech-focused teams of three up to eight employees.

Private offices are totally enclosed while semi-private offices are open air at the top with glass walls. Flexible options based on how you want to work.
